SYNOPSIS
​
​A young woman moves out of her hometown, leaving behind a dark past, and now desperately seeks a normal life but instead comes to face unsettling supernatural events and all this during a national lockdown.
When matters get really serious, she phones a friend but he isn't convinced with her story having witnessed her mental health struggles in the past.

‘‘The Global Pandemic has dramatically changed our reality and I wanted to make a genre film inspired by the pandemic that had shut down the entire world.
​
It's been an incredible and exceptionally challenging process producing a self-shoot genre film at home during the first national lock-down but at the same time a really worthwhile experience.
​
The key objective was to create an independent short film that has the same professional value as a film made with a full crew or cast on set. By making this film I hope to encourage other filmmakers to try new techniques of making content because we can’t let this pandemic put our dreams, jobs, and lives to a halt.’’

‘‘I joined the production at very early stages, I read the script and was like yes! This is something that seems like it will be a challenge but also fun to be a part of.

I play the character of Adam. He is trying to make sense of everything that’s happening to his best friend and help her out but at the same time poke fun of her where he can as best friends often do. A fun and interesting character who gracefully shifts the thrilling moments into humour.
​
Suman, was great to work with, her directions were very articulate and strong. She was also open to ideas and suggestions for production development and it was a very collaborative process. I felt like we had that creative trust with each other. We were able to support each other’s decisions and work cohesively to achieve our vision for this film.’’
